Based on the flower of life
With Heide Müller–Haas and
Stephanie Gruss
Mandala is Sanskrit for circle, polygon, community and
connection. This ancient form of art has played an important role in the
history of many cultures to express the meaning of life in symbols and
patterns.
We learn to draw the flower of life pattern a base
template of geometries inherent in nature. Spiritual buildings and ancient
cities are based on these sacred geometries. It empowers people to connect
within themselves and to balance aspects of their life. Align, heal, focus and
relax on a cellular level through the painting of Mandalas.
This day is dedicated to joyfully allow your own colorful
Mandala to come forth. May it be for you or someone else. They make great
Christmas presents.

exhibitions in galleries in Europe, the Bahamas
and Edmonton. She
creates mandalas since 1997 recognizing
its quality of connecting one to inner beingness and the universe.
She loves sharing the joy of creating and connecting people to their
abilities and potentials.
Stephanie Gruss paints since age 12 inner visions with elements of nature.
As an artist she had exhibitions in Europe and India. The integration of sacred
geometry is part of her work of creating sacred space in her client’s home and
business space. She is passionate about mandala painting as a means to healing,
balancing and creating powerful art that enhances the energy in one’s space
